Disliked: Looks like an hotel room but nothing is working. A/C, the safe and the fridge all were broken

Good location

Liked: The hotel is in a good location, it was a bit small, but as we only stayed for two nights it wason, it could have extra pillows in the room. It was clean and tidy.
Disliked: The person who was serving us at the reception area it was a bit rude and blunt, the room was a bit too small didn't had much of the space for the luggages. Could have had more pillows.

Disliked: Pretty noisy (people plus metro shaking building).Reception staff variable in their interest

Liked: The hotel is located opposite Gare de l'Est (and walking distance from Gare du Nord), making it very well reachable
Disliked: Since 2018 I frequently visit Paris monthly for work since 2018, staying at different hotels. This room is one of the smallest I have even been in, with very little space for moving and storage.The hotel sent a mid-stay survey where I responded the room is very small and the furniture is very old. In response, the management wrote: "this is indeed a comfort room". Almost too funny for words...

Liked: It is an alright hotel. Basic, but not still not shabby. The region around is not favourable (train stations you know it), but staying for a night on your way to somewhere else is ok.

Friendly staff, comfortable and clean...

Liked: the staff was friendly and helpful, that was the best part of our stay! the room was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. They had a functioning elevator and offered breakfast but idk if it was good because we didn't have it. Airco was greatly appreciated on a Paris summer day of 32 degrees! For the price we paid it was a great deal.
Disliked: the fridge in the room was broken but the staff was super friendly and let us use the kitchen fridge, still not ideal/convenient but appreciated. the hour display in the tv was too bright, would have obscured it if I had stayed more than one night. None was a deal breaker for us.
