Liked: Very close to the metro station and a shop right next to the hotel aswell as fast food right next to the hotel.
Disliked: The bed/ pillows was very uncomfortable and the rooms were very small nothing like the photo sizes! It got very hot in the room and the A/C was not working!We could hear the outside noise until about 1am. As it’s a city break we wasn’t in the hotel much other than to sleep so overall it was decent enough for that

Unfortunately, we arrived too late...

Liked: It was close to the train stations.
Disliked: There's a saying about swinging cats! In these rooms, there isn't enough room for the cat!Absolutely tiny rooms. Hardly enough space for two people to move around.We originally requested a room on a low floor due to mobility and sensory issues regarding my partner. They gave us a room on the 6th floor! They reluctantly moved us but this was right next to the very busy elevators. We decided to go back to our original room but this was followed by an absolute security alert with the member of staff on the desk making us bring all our lugage down and wait for the room to be inspected. We were made to feel like villains. Finally, be prepared to tolerate the room shaking until about midnight until the underground quietens. Thankfully, we only had one night.
