Liked: Hotel is modern and excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good restaurant.
Disliked: My room, which was a superior double room on the 5th floor, was right opposite a set of offices on the same floor. Found this to be odd, did not feel private and was noisy. The room itself was excellent.Also, was not too happy with the location. I like to walk and found it impossible to do so because no walking was allowed through the tunnels connecting the hotel to the waterfront. Having said that, catching a taxi was easy and convenient.

Liked: Fabulous hotel, we really enjoy the stay. The pool and bar are a very enjoyable and relaxing place to be after the day in town. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff was incredibly friendly.

Liked: We had an early tour our first day and we didn’t want to miss coffee before leaving, the staff at the breakfast bar was able to give us take away cups which we found amazing. Marco at the front desk helped us out with earlier check out the night before since we had an early morning back to train station and was able to set up taxi the night before. He was always willing to answer any questions and help however he could. Definitely made our stay easy and enjoyable.
