Liked: The staffs are very kind and helpful. From the reception with those gentlemen and those lovely ladies; especially Anna & Gemma; without forgetting Valentine from the top-roof.
Disliked: No free drinking water for the first day. It’s not good picture for the high quality hotel like this. 😞😞😞

Liked: The location outside the centre if you have a car can be ok depending on your plans. Breakfast was exceptional but we found out about some options at the end of our stay.
Disliked: In general, communication with the hotel staff was difficult. Service rather not particularly customer oriented, rather to get the job done. Opening hours of the swimming pool too short. Room tragedy narrow beds, small thin walls. It is possible to stay there max. 2 days and our stay was long. Far from the five-star standardIn general, hotels in Naples do not present a high level. Far from 5 star standard!

Liked: Breakfast was really good and the outside pool area was lovey and had really friendly staff
Disliked: The tea and coffee station is out room wasn’t cleaned or changed when the room was cleaned and we wished the fridge has less things in it so we could put our own stuff in as some days we were up to early to get breakfast also some of our tours didn’t pick up from the hotel so we had to get up even earlier to get taxis to collection points and taxis and on the pricey side
