Exceptional

Very good

Liked: The location is perfect and very convenient for visiting Florence. Ample parking space which is usually a problem at hotels in Italy. Staff go out of their way to assist in your every need.
Disliked: The restaurant can improve. We were given the wrong menu and orders could therefor not be completed.Ordered pana cotta for dessert, which was served looking like soup and not set. We paid before arrival, but at checkout the hotel questioned our payment.

Liked: clean, breakfast, staff
Disliked: The electric kettle in the room is difficult to use when there is no power outlet in the cupboard and customers have to carry the kettle and the large tray outside the cupboard to boil water, while the table outside is very cramped.

Liked: Pretty much everything is standard for 5 star rooms, i wouldn't classify this as proper proper hotel more like 5 start B&B
Disliked: Everything was fine except 35€ charge for parking. But it is what it is.

Good

Liked: Staff were friendly and super helpful. Although breakfast stopped at 10.30, we weren’t rushed out, we were still offered tea/coffee.The room was nice and clean
Disliked: The spa wasn’t working whilst we were there, well, the sauna was but not the hot tub or steam room. So made the hotel expensive for what we had when these didn’t work

Amazing staff and great location!

Liked: The staff and the cleanliness. Proximity to all the sights of interest, but just far enough to not deal with the chaos always.
