V lovely stay

It was ok to stay...

Liked: The location was ok
Disliked: The bathroom was really small the shower leaked and flooded the floor. The room was not cleaned properly… the bathroom floor had water stains. The blow dryer is awful it cuts out after a minute and it is not very powerful.I asked for an early check in before my arrival but that was not possible. Breakfast selection is not huge but ok. The staff is very helpful when you ask them for help.It is very noisy outside.. someone from the hotel started jet washing a balcony about 9 in the morning.. not a good start to your day

Liked: Location and breakfast. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: There was dust everywhere in the room. The safe did not work. The drinks and food from the minibar were long expired. Was not worth 4 stars.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything was very good, very clean room and really amazing breakfast.The air conditioner worked perfectly.
Disliked: The safe didn't work.

Good for sightseeing

Liked: Located near the train station with very good access to metro lines directly to the main attractions. Lot of diner options near by. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. There was a fridge in the room.
Disliked: The room was nice but the bathroom could have been cleaner. The breakfast area was a little cramped. Luckily it was never full when we went for breakfast.

Really great hotel that ticks...

Liked: Lovely location amongst some lovely restaurants, gelato shop, pizzaria etcAlso a short walk to all the good shopsMetro is 1min walk with easy links to Grand Centrale and Duomo (although we actually walked it from the Centrale station and back with our luggage as it was not far at all and is a very easy straightforward walk. Hotel itself is nice, clean and modern. Room was lovely with balcony and comfy bed. Breakfast was really great, lots of options to cater for all. Coffee and hot chocolate were superb!
