Great location and good as...

Liked: The attention from all staff was very good. The hotel attended well to our needs. The location was very good to be able to explore the local area by foot.
Disliked: The breakfast was a disappointment. Up to 2 pastries served on a paper plate and 1 coffee in a paper cup. (no juice was available) I would not really call that breakfast. Given what was served though and the number of people staying it would have been more appropriate given the standards in the hotel if proper plates and mugs were used. Would that be too hard to do?

Liked: Nothing, It is not what you expect from a 4 star hotel
Disliked: The worst experience I’ve ever had. I have travelled many places around the world and always have gone for 4 stars above to have reasonable quality for my stay. Despite the good location everything else was terrible with this hotel. Sheets and bathroom not clean, bottom of toilet bowl was dirty, phone was not working in the room, the chain lock was missing on the door, moved us three times for two nights stay, and eventually gave us a very tiny room supposed to be King premium, caused my old mom fall and be injured, I fell at the same spot as well because there was a tiny space to reach the other side of the bed and the fridge. Not sure how this room could meet fire hazard standard.The wire of the stand lamp was passed above and through the bed box and the side of the mattress! unsafe for fire or electricity hazard.Valet is slow. WiFi not consistent.Breakfast and the way it is served is not what you expect from a 4 star hotel, felt no value for guests!Management not available if you need to reach them.
