Daniel, Duvall, visiting The Centre In Vancouver For Performing Arts

Beautiful, large rooms. Huge 5 piece bath with a deep soaking tub and separate water closet. Modern fixtures and beautifully updated. The balcony is very large, with enough room for a table and 4 chairs and still plenty of room to walk around. My husband loved the in room espresso machine and I loved the electric kettle for making tea. The food was also excellent! This will be the only place we stay from now on.

A great first night in...

Liked: Very comfy bed, staff were great, fab breakfast in the hotel restaurant
Disliked: Need to find an alternative to giving out all those plastic bottles of water - a lovely touch but not environmentally friendly! Not one of the Rocky Mountaineer pick up hotels.

Best hotel in Vancouver-excellent service

Liked: Excellent staff who all went out of their ways to attend to all our requests and beyond. We were offered tea coffee and use of bathroom facilities on early arrival and again until 10pm when we had to wait for our 2am flight. The food at the restaurant was very good and the restaurant manager was courteous and super attentive which made the meal that much more enjoyable. We loved the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. The hotel is centrally located but very quiet and cosy.

Liked: EVERYTHING!!!! The staff from bellman to desk clerk staff to service staff were professional, smiling, courteous and genuinely friendly and welcoming. Outstanding location for exploring the area.
