L'Hermitage Hotel

Beautiful, large rooms. Huge 5 piece bath with a deep soaking tub and separate water closet. Modern fixtures and beautifully updated. The balcony is very large, with enough room for a table and 4 chairs and still plenty of room to walk around. My husband loved the in room espresso machine and I loved the electric kettle for making tea. The food was also excellent! This will be the only place we stay from now on.

Comfortable stay in outstanding hotel.

Liked: Nice clean room. Well decorated, comfortable bed. Excellent location. Outstanding staff. Nice pool/hot tub.

Absolute Perfection

Liked: The front desk staff were exceptional - greeting us by name as we walked in and out of the building . Every question answered and every request dealt with efficiently and effectively.
Disliked: Nothing we didn’t like at all

Liked: Every thing and everyone perfect location for exploring Vancouver very close to the train station so no problem getting here from the airport. Lovely rooms super showers x breakfast was delicious
Disliked: Not really the property but the tipping is so confusing for us Europeans. We are not sure what to do how much to leave .. and it kind of takes away from staying in nice places as you feel you are paying rather than rewarding good service as you feel you have to leave tips even at breakfast which I have never done before but I stress it’s my first time in Canada and I am unsure …

Superb

Liked: The staff were exceptional from check in, to help with the luggage, to the restaurant and bar. Exceptional.
Disliked: The aircon turned on and off all night making sleep in that gorgeous bed very interrupted.
