Liked: Drew, the manager, was exceptional. He went out of his way to help with questions we had about Key West, the neighborhood, and the property.The location was perfect. We walked everywhere we went except to the ferry terminal for a trip to Dry Tortugas. The property appeared to be an original Key West home, but beautifully upgraded.And the back patio upstairs was a beautiful place to just sit and relax. 
Disliked: When we arrived, a guest was smoking on the front patio. When we returned from the ferry to Dry Tortugas, a guest was smoking a cigar in the upstairs back patio.The electrical outlets in our room have been upgraded, but there are far too few of them. We had to use multiple extension cords. The light in the hallway above our door (Room 13) was burned out. It was difficult to unlock our door with the key.There should be a sign in the lobby explaining that more continental breakfast items are in the refrigerator.I don’t think I have ever stayed in a place where ALL the staff left for the night at 5:30 PM.

Liked: The breakfast was healthy and well balanced for my diet. Fantastic happy hour and I can’t rave enough about how amazing and welcoming drew was upon our arrival!

Liked: It has a great location, next to the most vibrant street.It was a really nice house.The staff was also nice, and made the late check-in so smooth for us.
Disliked: The mattress was softer than expected, but the room was so clean.The breakfast was nice, but without a proper room to have it, we moved to different common areas of the house to have it.Our rooms were just next to the street, so during the night,they were a bit noisy.

CLEAN, RELAXING, FRIENDLY AND GREAT...

Liked: The location of the property was perfect! It was close by Duval Street but far enough from any noise at night. The hotel is cute and the staff phenomenal! Check in and any questions we had were all answered and the cleaning staff work very hard and are wonderful ladies! Make sure to tip them well, they really go the extra mile.
Disliked: Everything was great! The only thing is there is no parking, but we were given clear directions where we could park and it was easy! And we were able to double park for a few minutes to drop off and pick up our luggage.
