Very good

Awesome location and staff but...

Liked: The locations and staff were amazing so that helped a lot! I was greeted with a friendly staff that helped me with parking and we had a nice conversation. This location is super awesome with access to stores, food, parks and so much more.
Disliked: The room really did not met my expectations, all the furniture was marked with stains and the floor did not appear clean. There was also an order around the headboard area of the bed so I sprayed some sanitizer to be safe. The bathroom and bed itself seem clean so I was good for one night but would not stay again.

Liked: Close to the center, nice staff
Disliked: It rained in the bathroom. We changed the room and in the second room was the same problem. We stayed a little worried not to find our clothes under the water.

Liked: I stay here when there’s an event at the Hollywood Bowl. I love that they have windows that open because I don’t like air conditioners.
Disliked: There was no place to put your clothes! They had a closet with a few hangers and that was it!

Would have come back but...

Liked: Good property, clean and adequate
Disliked: It took 40 minutes to check out because no one was at the front desk. They had left a phone number to call of which we called twice—no one answered. Another staff member, we think the cleaning staff, had to track down the front desk person who was off property. We were checking out at a normal time so this was nuts.

Good location, adequate amenities.

Disliked: The location was great, especially to attend an event at the Hollywood Bowl. The bed was fine, if a little too soft for my preference, and the bathroom was clean. All the staff we interacted with was wonderful. The main issue was the street noise, which made sleeping difficult.

It’s an OK room for...

Liked: Location was good for the Hollywood bowl. Basic room with a decent size bathroom for the price.
Disliked: They offer parking for a fee but their lot is very small and spots are tight. It only holds about a 12-15 cars with the majority of the cars being double parked. Which means you’d have to leave your car keys with the front desk in case the car in the back needs to leave the hotel. The other option is to park on the street but most street parking is by permit only. The public parking lots are there but all of them within walking distance to hotel don’t offer overnight parking. So you’re screwed if you have a vehicle.
