Good
Disliked: We had a 2 brm apartment. The second bedroom was SO poky with no window and barely any room to move, that it spoiled the experience for our friends. There should be a warning that the two rooms are vastly different. It was embarrassing that we’d shared the cost of accommodation prior to arriving - and our (couple) friends had to have what we called “the dog box”. Very disappointing surprise, upon arrival at apartment,

Great stay if you aren't...
Liked: The location is unbeatable. The laundry, amenities, kitchen, all worked great. If you're debating between this and a similarly priced hotel room, I think you get more from the rooms. Parking was a tony bit pricy but very easy.
Disliked: Noise in general, from the traffic, the neighbors above and besides you (the table and chairs in the kitchens are extremely loud when you or your neighbors move them), there is also some constriction going on right downstairs. The walls and windows of the construction aren't prepared for this level of noise all around.I must say, one night during my stay, I had some noisy neighbors. I called the front desk staff and they addressed it almost immediately. That made it tolerable.

Relaxing Luxury Accommodation
Liked: Location central to lots tourist areas in walking distance. Supermarket one block away. Well appointed apartments and the balcony was great for fresh air. Gym and pool areas indoor and out door were superb. I highly recommend Level and give it 100%. I am from Australia and found the place to be very relaxing.
Disliked: All good

Liked: Here is the letter I sent the manager Cynthia Ruiz:We were very disappointed in our recent stay at Level, Seattle. It was our second time at your hotel, and unfortunately this past stay will be our last. We came to Seattle for the Stray Kids concert on Saturday night, flying in from Albuquerque with a 10am arrival. I had asked for an early check in, if possible. When we arrived at 10am our room was not ready, no problem! We checked our bags and went on with our trip. Called at noon, not ready, 2PM, still not ready, 3:30pm, still not ready. I ended up getting dressed for the concert in the ladies’ locker room, which I will discuss as a later point. If your staff knew you had a guest waiting, why not move a housekeeper to the unit that you plan to put that guest in? This is poor customer service. When we left the locker room at 4pm, we joined the line of about 5 families in front of us and waited to check in. Your hotel, on a holiday weekend, with a major concert happening in Seattle had only two people at the desk. As we waited to check in the line continued to grow, until it was all the way to the door. It took your front desk people over an hour to work through the 5 families in front of me. When we finally got to the desk the poor guy behind the counter literally had to run up to the third floor to check to see if one of the three two-bedroom units was clean. He came down and said they were all three indeed clean and were not marked as such in the system. I couldn’t believe it. Our room was probably clean for most of the day, and we were stuck getting ready for a concert in the ladies’ locker room. The locker room had no soap in the showers, although the containers were there, they were empty. We had to ask the front desk for towels, the showers were weak and mostly cold. Overall, a miserable way to start your evening, especially since our room was probably clean, but not marked as such.
Disliked: Then came the elevators. We waited and waited for elevators to arrive, until finally elevator B arrived. We dropped our stuff and headed quickly to the concert, noting that there was a dirty towel from the previous occupant left on the balcony. The quality of the room was fine, although we had to call and request the sheets for the pull-out sofa, and the front desk never sent a maintenance man to address our range hood. Six hours later my mom happened to see the maintenance man in the hall and asked him to step in a show us. It seems like your front desk people should know that you must pull the front of the hood to engage the fan and lights. Would have saved a lot time.I have a Seattle guidebook which states the following: “Pros: full kitchens; spare, modern design; incredible fitness amenities. Cons: amenity and parking fees add up; staff struggle to keep up with size; street noise at lower levels.” There couldn’t be a more accurate review of our experience, and your management team should be ashamed to leave your staff so unsupported.
