Disliked: We had to walk down 15 flights of stairs around check out time because all the elevators wasn’t working

Liked: The apartment is spacious and modern design.
Disliked: Interior decoration has been deteriorating so paint and kitchen appliances start to sag. The carpet in the hallway is dirty and smelly. The whole corridor smells weed smoking.We arrived a bit late so we asked the male receptionist for some toothpaste but he said not available, one should expect hotels which charge $350/night to supply this. The female receptionist is unwelcome, never smiled or said anything politely. We booked for 5 persons so we expected the sofa bed is set up with blanket and pillow but there’s none. We requested to customer service 5 times, they just promised to bring but never did. We waited until passed midnight still nothing. It created such a nuisance for us since we couldn’t sleep in peace. Extremely bad service and attitude.

Best deal in downtown LA....

We had a lovey stay

Liked: The location was lovely (despite the protests that took place whilst we were there), very central and convenient for our day trips. We stayed on the 28th floor and the cityscape views were great, especially at night. The two bedroom apartment we stayed in was lovely, large, bright, comfortable and very well equipped, with modern decor and furnishings. The pool and gym were great. Lots of spaces to socialise. Self-parking, within the garage, was not too expensive. Staff were welcoming and helpful.
