Was a bad stay for...

Liked: The receptionist was very nice and helpful, also the manager was very apologetic and sympathetic to why I couldn't stay.
Disliked: Parking was terrible, first room had a musty damp smell. Moved room and had a car park behind with youngsters in cars blaring music until 02.30am. I stayed to get a good sleep before and important course and ended up exhausted. Booked 3 nights and only stayed one

Liked: The staff without doubt make this hotel excellent.Sue is exceptional and we left feeling like family.She couldn’t do enough for us, organised a coach for the festival, such a friendly lovely lady, she deserves a pay rise.Breakfast was organised and everything was replenished quickly!Room was compact but very clean. Bed comfy, shower was lovely.
Disliked: Small niggles with maintenance, like silicone not applied neatly in the bathroom, tv mounted slightly wonky, radiator cover had dried glue on it .The other niggle was no hairdryer or aircon. I did bring a hairdryer as it wasn’t listed in the room description so no biggie, and we got a fan from reception.
