Liked: great amenities in the form of games room, gym, kitchen, balcony etc. Easy to access everything
Disliked: We were told there would be maid service once during our two week stay but it didn't happen. Also had to ask for an extra duvet for the sofa bed several times before it came -

Liked: The location is amazing, it was close to all the places we were visiting. The view from the room is amazing and the amenities is the icing on the cake.
Disliked: The person assisting at checking was rude but Daniel took over and made the rest of my experience amazing. He is truly great with customer service. The staff nember did apologize later and this made the stay so much better.

Disliked: I had asked for an early check in. I was told -ahead of time- that was possible. Upon arrival, we were told the room was almost ready. 90 minutes later, room still not ready. Had to get ready, change clothes, makeup, etc. in a bathroom. The younger male at the front desk was very rude. The lobby also doesn’t even have one outlet to be able to charge your phone.
