I booked 33sqm room but...

Liked: Location was perfect
Disliked: I booked 33sqm room but obviously was much smaller. Not suitable for family with 2 kids. Also pool area was dirty including poll itself. Need much better cleaning while room also needs maintenance as soon as possible . It looks very worn out. This hotel is definitely not a 4star property. It doesn’t look like on pictures at all.

Hotel Leslie did not meet...

Liked: The location was good across from the beach.
Disliked: Check in wasn’t welcoming or special and it was our anniversary. The room we got was in the bottom floor and the AC didn’t work, the TV was falling off the wall, the sheets were dirty. I complained and the manager moved us to their sister property Hotel Nassau which was lovely!

Rude staff and AC not...

Liked: The location was good
Disliked: The A/c was not working. There was no air circulation in the room. When I called to inform this the person on the front desk (Edward) was extremely rude. He started yelling at my for touching the thermostat. It was 80 in the room and the temperature would not budge no matter where you set the thermostat. They have a main controller downstairs and they do not change the temperature. We were offered a noisy fan. Given that we were spending only 8 hours in the hotel with an early morning flight, we just pushed through the night. There was no water in the room and you were supposed to fill up your bottle in the smelly dingy basement gym. For the price they charged for a day's stay it was totally not worth it. We would liked to request a partial refund for this lack of service.

Liked: Great location, fairly clean and spacious room. There's some street noise during certain busy evenings if you keep the windows open. Good breakfast at the restaurant. Rooftop pool is nice. Hotel provides free breach umbrellas (though not many are available). Municipal parking is close.
