An enjoyable overnight stay in...

Liked: The breakfast was generous and very good, served by a very obliging and friendly young lady. Nothing was too much trouble. The dining area was very clean and spacious. The building itself is a little quirky, and the bathroom had a modernised feel about it yet the room retained lots of old world character. A very nice ambiance. An underground carpark very close by.
Disliked: The door locks are a bit clunky sometimes, and there was a musky smell in the stairwell. Had to be careful that the timed light switches didnt cut off because the stairwell was pitch black. A single low wattage light which is constantly on would be helpful.

Liked: Camille and Julien are exceptional. very tastefully designed.
Disliked: Unfortunately no aircon, just a fan. But with windows open the street was noisy at night and early morning 6 am road works (even with windows closed) lead to little sleep.

a well located property, central...

Liked: excellent location and we had a very comfortable, modern room. Julian was a great host and he recommended two excellent restaurants for dinner. the tram system in Bordeaux was so easy to use.
