Very disappointing stay

Liked: Pool and leisure facilities are good.
Disliked: Room was dirty and small, complained and did not get a housekeeping visit twice during our stay. Housekeeping told me to seek cups from the bar and when I complained to reception they basically didn’t care, they changed the curtains which we did not mention and did not clean the room which was poor, couldn’t hang upDresses wardrobe not full height. Staff did nothing to make you feel welcome, I had stayed before and it was such a disappointment that we did not enjoy our stay!

Very nice stay

Liked: Nice views of the lake and staff were friendly.
Disliked: The add ons really do add up with breakfast and parking and spa. If you add parking, spa access and breakfast on, it increases the overall cost by quite a sum. We were also told a different price of the parking to what it was and found out it was actually double which was a shame to find out we were given wrong info which cost us. Only other minor thing is rooms are quite small.

Lovely hotel with a shocking...

Liked: Les Tresoms is set in a great location with wonderful views of Lake Annecy. This is a lovey hotel with very welcoming, professional and helpful staff. Great breakfast choice and quality. The view of the Bastille Day firework display was exceptional.
Disliked: I simply did not understand the value proposition of this hotel. Examples -16 euros for an Aperol spritz and very ordinary at that. 25 Euros per night for our small dog - more than double any other hotel we have stayed at in France or Italy. Parking charges on their own site. 12 Euros for a beer. Bedroom quite small - ok for an overnight stay but too small for an extended stay. Overall we were not impressed.

Beautiful hotel with fabulous views...

Liked: Lovely location overlooking the lake - short walk to old town - 10 minutes for us. Our room had a lake view which was stunning. Staff very professional and welcoming.
