Liked: The location is great, near shops, restaurants, museums and only 10 minute walk to the seine. Room was small but comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff were very nice and suggested local food, shops and museums that I enjoyed.
Disliked: Weather was warm and AC took a little while to cool down the room.

Liked: Location is great. We like smaller hotels too so it remains cozy.
Disliked: There are no outlets next to the bed. The room is slightly small. It’s our second time at the hotel and we were hoping for a better room.

Best 3-Star ever!!!

Liked: We LOVED this property. It was a classic boutique hotel and we enjoyed every minute of it. The place is better than what was written. It was close to everything. We had 2 rooms and 1 room did have a very clean bathroom (with brand new tiles in the shower area) while the other bathroom did not. The old tiles did have stains on the grout line, but I’m not sure if it’s dirty or just old tiles. It looks like the hotel is trying to keep as much of the old charm as possible. It is listed as a 3 star hotel but I thought it was way better than that. We really enjoyed it. I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: The night person, an older gentleman, can be set in his ways. He reprimanded us for using wine glasses for water since there wasn’t any water cups left. Maybe it’s just the Persian way, they’re not exactly known to be friendly. Other than that, the place was perfect and all the other staff was great.

Liked: We have stayed here before and also recommended the hotel to friends, and on this return visit, Les Tournelles continues to be a wonderful little boutique hotel in the best part of Paris. Rooms are quaint and nicely appointed, staff is super friendly and helpful, and you can walk out of the door and easily walk to almost any part of Paris most visitors want to go to. But just out of the door you are in the Marais and a few steps from the Bastille neighborhoods. We will return and continue to recommend to others.
Disliked: No complaints.
