Liked: Room was clean and nice, breakfast was good.
Disliked: There was one issue regarding the quiet time, I was informed that it was 11pm. The reason is that there were several children (about 10) playing in the hallway to our room, yelling, running up and down the hallway from 8pm to 9:30pm when I went to the front desk to inquire when the quiet time was. This hallway to our room is right by the front desk and the staff should have been aware of the issue. Also, several rooms in this area had their doors open and children were playing in and out of the rooms into the hallway, yelling and running. No parents were around because they were in the dining area by the front desk. When your staff informed me of the quiet time being 11pm I stated to them, “so this means we have to listen to this until 11pm”, and she responded “Quiet time is 11pm.)

Liked: Staff just walking into our room without knocking in the morning when we weren't even checked yet check-out** 1st staff member entered at 11 (regular check out is a 12pm) and 2 different times after that since we had late check out 1pm ***Being told the deposit is 200$ when everywhere on the site 100$ NOT AT ALL understanding that having staff walk in on people who have paid to have a room for privacy IS NOT OKAY.... especially 1 hour before normal check-out time

Disliked: Too expensive for a humid room in a basement that's not soundproof at all.

Liked: 2 separate bedrooms in the same suite. Wonderful for a family.Also super nice to have a charging station for electric cars and free of charge.
