Disliked: Very horrible experience for breakfast. The food was good, but the waiting time for breakfast is horrible. We came to the cafe at 7:00 AM for breakfast, but waited about 30 minutes for food pick-up, a long line there. No staff or person helps to fast the process,

Liked: the size of the room was great.
Disliked: I didn't like the time breakfast were serve. 7 am was too late for us so we couldn't enjoy it. We were attending a swimming competition and didnt get chance to try the breakfast as we had to be at the pool early. 6:30 is much more better time to offer breakfast to your clients.

Disliked: There was one issue regarding the quiet time, I was informed that it was 11pm. The reason is that there were several children (about 10) playing in the hallway to our room, yelling, running up and down the hallway from 8pm to 9:30pm when I went to the front desk to inquire when the quiet time was. This hallway to our room is right by the front desk and the staff should have been aware of the issue. Also, several rooms in this area had their doors open and children were playing in and out of the rooms into the hallway, yelling and running. No parents were around because they were in the dining area by the front desk. When your staff informed me of the quiet time being 11pm I stated to them, “so this means we have to listen to this until 11pm”, and she responded “Quiet time is 11pm.)

Liked: Horrible place. The shower is a death trap. I would never stay there again. It is basically a dump
