Liked: Excellent location and atmosphere, staff was great as well, bathrooms and furniture were all new.
Disliked: Breakfast had limited options, the room could use a table.

Disliked: Bedroom too warm & no way to regulate the temperature.

Disliked: One of the cleaning staff walked into the room even though it is said 'do not disturb'

Very comfortable stay!

Liked: The hotel room was very spacious and clean. There was also a coffee machine inside the room and a very cute small balcony. The hotel was also extremely quiet and the location is great. You can walk to the main attractions and there are many cute cafes in the area.
Disliked: From a 4 star hotel, I'd expect a mini bar and water in the room. I asked the reception is the water from the room was drinkable but we were advised against it. We then bought bottles from the hotel but the hotel didn't have any still water and we were offered two small sparkling water bottles for 4 EUR each. Also in the room there was a coffee machine but no coffee pods and the phone was not working on the first day. All issues were resolved when asked.

Comfortable and clean in good...

Liked: Clean room with comfortable bed. Good location. Friendly staff.
Disliked: The shower had an unpleasant drain smell. The toiletries in the room were very limited: We did not have any hand soap and there wasn’t any shampoo/conditioner in the shower, only body wash. The coffee pods were not replaced each day. These are simple things that could be rectified easily with a little more attention to detail but overall this did not spoil our visit.
