The room we got was very spacious and close to the events we were going to and it was cheap enough for the location that the hotel is in.
Liked: Big enough for 2 people.

We are happy to have a kitchen - we juice every morning and so this is a necessity. The parking being charged - the way it was explained to me by Booking.com is that the Hotel management changed their policy in September 2015; we booked mid June for a November stay so the line is hazy, but Booking.com promised to reimburse us which is nice. The screaming neighbours and banging doors in the early hours of the morning is definitely a negative - we would have paid better money for a restful sleep. Four nights in a row like that is not good when you're on a vacation, but we didn't bother the front desk; we figured if we can hear and our friend on another floor can hear it loud and clear, the staff would too! Plus they have their hands full with the front foyer full of fighting guests! It is a rough crowd even for downtown location.
Liked: The price was right; it is nice to have a kitchen.
Disliked: Screaming neighbours into the wee hours of the night; they charged parking - my booking confirmation said free.

All round it was a decent stay but the bedding and amenities were very poor and cheap. For the price I could not complain and the overall stay was okay but it could use a revamping.
Liked: Front desk attendant Samantha was wonderful.
Disliked: The room could use a light renovation and touch up to most fixtures and outlets.

ideal space for visit and...
Liked: Location. Parking garage. Space in studio & facilities/equipment. Staff. Lobby
Disliked: Drab old decor (aside from lobby). Floors gritty/sticky (poss from cleaning products not rinsed?) Noisy fan in corridor and air con too noisy in studio to use whilst in building (but good to come back to cooled apartment). No bedside lamp usable as no sockets near bed!

Liked: the staff was very friendly and was very understanding with everything and answered all my questions thank you
Disliked: the hotel rooms need an update, kinda outdated bathroom needs update in the room I stayed in.

Liked: The style/vibe in reception is appealing. The two ladies who checked us in were very friendly and helpful.The underground parking was secure and easily accessed.You can walk easily to the downtown area where the nightlife was great.
Disliked: The elevator was very sketchy and seems like it will break down soon - we used the stairs after the first time.The appliances in-room are very basic and outdated. The bathroom was clean but, again, was basic and outdated. The bed was not necessarily uncomfortable, but was well-used and I had a sore back in the morning.The location was great for downtown access, but many homeless and unwelcoming people wandering around outside. I would not recommend walking alone near the LES!No one was on reception at checkout. We waited 10 minutes, then went to get the car. There was a guy there when I returned. He was chewing gum very loudly with his mouth wide open (just what I needed first thing in the morning!). He barely talked to me.When I asked about the refund of deposit, he said it would be credited once the room is cleaned. This didn?t happen. I contacted the hotel and they said ?3-5 business days?. The charge did reverse eventually, but it?s 2022 and so many other venues manage this quickly and easily (and in a transparent way!).

I'll be back!
Liked: I'm a repeat visitor for what you offer for the price. Value for money is key. Beds, pillows, space, amenities, kitchenette make the room comfortable and are good for hosting. I will be back.
Disliked: I think the staff should be made aware and acknowledge repeat customers rather than treating me like I am a first time guest. Guests should be told what to expect but a "welcome back" would likely be a warmer greeting.
