Liked: A huge bright and airy room. We loved the round window and watching the sunset from the opposite window. Plenty convenient onsite parking. Friendly staff who spoke our language. An historic chateau surrounded by beautiful countryside. We enjoyed the evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant.

Liked: Beautiful building and the breakfast was amazing. Room was nice.
Disliked: Our first room was not air-conditioned even though we booked one which was. We got another room with AC. Lots of stairs to the (second) room, which would have been difficult for older/less fit people

Liked: The location is amazing. The free parking is a good bonus
Disliked: Next time I would ask for a different room. The one we had was a little bit smelly and not properly clean (probably because it was a very dark room and it is not easy to see the dirty)

Liked: We had not known what to expect before we arrived but were delighted with the accomodation once we saw it. Basically it felt as though we were staying in a castle. The rooms were beautiful - very spacious and light with stone walls, floors and ceiling. A perfect combination of old character and modern conveniences.The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The food and wine were very good. We would defintely recommend staying here as long as you have no mobility issues because the winding stone stairs in the turret to reach your bedroom would be difficult unless you were completely mobile.
Disliked: It did not cause us a problem but you need to be aware that the only way up to your bedroom is climbing up a stone spiral staircase

Liked: The building itself is impressive and the surroundings are beautiful.
Disliked: The building is impressive and the surroundings are beautiful, but unfortunately, the room did not live up to expectations. It looked great in the photos, but the layout was poorly designed. The downstairs bed was almost unusable due to a second-floor beam just 1.5m high, making the space impossible to walk through. The upstairs bed was accessed via unsafe stairs, and a balcony-like structure above the room felt loose and unstable.Despite the room’s size, it had only a tiny window (70x70cm), which offered little ventilation for a two-level space. The bathroom had no door, the shower leaked water across the floor, and the wall-mounted hairdryer didn’t work. Although we reported it, instead of offering a quick replacement, a staff member spent most of the morning trying to fix it in the room—disrupting our routine just before check-out.The staff were also quite impertinent, often loud and unhelpful when approached for assistance.Overall, the room lacked basic comfort, safety, and functionality, and the service left a lot to be desired

Liked: the castle is very nicely modernized; as a person with historical interest, it was really interesting staying here.
Disliked: 10 % tax was added to the bill, that we did not expect.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent .From photos of booking I expected a larger room. We had an evening meal. Service was shambolic. Girls not had adequate training. Water and wines not served correctly. We had to ask for bread when mason coarse actually arrived. Service was very slow. Breakfast was a whole different experience. Lovely.
Disliked: Sorry. As above. Evening meal not an enjoyable experience.
