Liked the location and atmosphere - could have used some more personalized service.

Liked: Lives up to the Artistes name - much more enjoyable than a chain hotel.
Disliked: No maid service - we stayed 2 nights and were surprised that the room wasn't cleaned, bed made or given fresh towels after the first night.

Disliked: A bit worn down. Japanese style room had uncomfortable futon and unappealing Japanese style bathtub
