Liked: Location was ideal for us.
Disliked: The breakfast choices were limited especially the cooked options. Scrambled eggs were inconsistent and often rubbery.We were told by a staff member on check in, that the public car park, directly over the road was free to use. However they didn't warn us, that on Sunday that car park was used for the De Ronde race vehicles and our Van would be towed away!!!When I went outside that morning our Van had gone!! The lady on reception was very frank and to the point, "all vehicles in that car park get towed away on race day, didn't you read the signs!!" The signs were in Dutch a language I'm not familiar with. It was clear that the hotel knew about this as it happens every year on this day, so why not warn the guests!! To recover my Van I had to pay euro's 210. A very costly end to our trip which could have been avoided had the hotel staff given me a small piece of local advice!!

Liked: Excellent location close to the centre and all amenities. Friendly staff, quiet, comfortable room. Pleasant bar area and reasonably priced restaurant. Large free public car park right outside with additional secure parking under the hotel if required for small extra charge.
Disliked: Larger menu choice.

Lovely hotel in a good...

Liked: Good location with free parking in front of the hotel. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: On our second morning (Friday 28th March) we came down to breakfast at roughly the same time as the previous day. It was much, much busier (due I believe to a bike race that day) and there was little left of the breakfast buffet and the selection of food left was very limited. There was one bread roll left, 5 or 6 mini pastries, and there was not much left of the cold meats and cheese. I saw scrambled egg being replenished but not much else. This was a shame as the following morning there was a full buffet available when we arrived. I don't know if they were not prepared or had just run out of some items.
