Liked: very comfortable hotel room, the bed was so cozy
Disliked: nothing in particular, i just wish the bathroom heater under the sink was manual

Liked: Great hotel with very friendly staff and big thanks to the handyman for his help in getting a cable off my motorcycle ..highly recommended

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: Place needed a lick of paint. Tiny room that wasn't ready on time. Very noisy- must be thin walls. Squeaky floors. Learned my lesson and will pay extra for better quality next time.

Disliked: The WiFi was very very bad. No fridge. No safe box. The room smells i had to go out and buy an air-fresher. Th elevator is very small to contain everyone. Lastly we stay there for couples of days with no room service coming to clean our room

Disappointing Hotel, Good Location.

Liked: The location of the property was excellent. The staff were very warm and welcoming!
Disliked: The property has elements that are quite dated and in need of renovation. An example of this was our almost traumatising experience in the old lift.. we were stuck in the lift for 15 minutes with zero ventilation and the air getting very warm, power was continuously being lost to the lift as we were trapped inside. Finally when the doors opened, staff didnt seem too concerned on this, which makes me think it happens quite regularly! Another slight downside to this was the cleanliness in the room which definitely could be improved, few hairs around different areas.
