Comfortable stay, excellent location.

Liked: We were able to check in late after travelling quite far to get there. We were going on a cruise the next day and this hotel was in an excellent location next to the port. There was parking was outside the hotel and only cost £7 for 24 hours. We had a comfortable stay, in a very spacious room. We would stay here again.
Disliked: No issues

Liked: Beautifully presented, very friendly staff, extremely convenient location
Disliked: The main shower could have been more powerful, but the side shower made up for it.

Disliked: While I understand that check in is posted at 3:00 … normally coming from overseas I can generally get an earlier check in even when not requested It was 3:00 pm on the dot before we were able to get our keys … made for a long day … many folks that were waiting for rooms seemed to be accommodated quicker?

Liked: Adrian at reception was outstanding as were the restaurant staff. Great room and facilities. Lovely food and ambiance in the restaurant.
Disliked: Alicia on reception. Horrendous attitude who started to spoil our experience as soon as we arrived. Rude and really not nice. Saved by her much better colleagues.

Liked: We booked because of the location. Breakfast good but it would be better if your staff bought tea and coffee to the table instead of leaving it to guests to use the machines
