Disliked: the pool area needs a little attention and the jacuzzi wasn?t working sadly

not for families
Liked: nice rooms and comfy beds
Disliked: booked this as it came up for a family stay with pool, but kids can only use the pool very early in the morning and at tea time which was absolutely ridiculous!!! we only stayed here as it had a pool as we knew weather was going to be bad. This limited opening needs highlighting on your pages and on the hotels website which it is NOT. we were really fed up and did complain to what effect I don?t know. also the bar was extremely short staffed (no apologies) and there was N even on. we wait over half an hour to bed served on both occasions.

Liked: location- goodwe were given a room for a disabled person therefore everything in the bathroom was lower.when we left we were told to drop the keys in the expressed drop box which we did when we returned home 2 weeks later we were told to ring the hotel to close our account.we also had an email from booking.com telling us that our card had been declined and could we give another card number so please could you look into your security as the hotel informed us that the card had gone through.
