Leonardo Royal Southampton Grand Harbour

Disappointing on my anniversary.

Liked: It was nicely presented.
Disliked: The number of facilities that needed fixing including a jacuzzi, light fittings in the rooms, taps that should run into the bath. Staff should be welcoming to help deal with issues but weren’t.

My daughter and I loved...

Liked: The staff were lovely especially Emily and the Duty Manager
Disliked: The rooms were dimly lit. I need a lot of light to read properly.

Liked: Perfect location, excellent service, great facilities, relaxing atmosphere.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Lovely hotel in a great position for both the port and Southampton centre.
Disliked: Slight confusion on arrival, as I told the taxi he had brought us to the wrong hotel. Turns out they haven't changed the name on the front of the hotel.

Liked: Not really sure the hotel is expensive for what you get , no sleepers no bathrobe ,one small bottle water ..breakfast basic with ants around the coffee area .. parking you have to pay for it so not sure ,even when we have been using the hotel so many times this year no discount ect ..when we were there a customer booked an expensive room for only £40 pound i was suprised when we paid for 2 days £599 .. anyway overall some staff are really pleasant others need to smile ....hope to see inprovement in coming future..

Disliked: Walls very thin and we could hear EVERYTHING the couple next to us were doing. All night. No where to get our water bottles filled up and front desk would only give us 1 extra bottle
