Hotel is run down, worn,...

Liked: Nothing. Was over priced and NOT four star.
Disliked: It was filthy. Worn and definitely not a four star hotel. I spoke to Reception manager, I requested to have Bruno Lopes, Guest Relations Manger contact me, so far 5 days after my stay no one has been in contact with me. Very disappointing on top of a terrible experience in this run down hotel.

Great hotel, not over expensive...

Liked: great facilities, spacious rooms comfy beds as good as premier inn
Disliked: Whilst sitting on the patio with a drink at least 2 rats were running around the patio obviously a rodent issue, not ideal as i have a rat phobia

Disliked: The hotel felt dated in places, given I’d booked months ago I would have liked a better view and not an interconnecting room
