Exceptional

Liked: We really liked the breakfast, the staff was nice and helpful and the room was cozy.
Disliked: We liked the elevators less, it was difficult to get up and down, especially during rush hour, and the location is relatively remote and side-by-side.

A bit of a disappointment

Liked: They let us store our bags while we waited
Disliked: I had high hopes for this hotel, but unfortunately my experience was far from what was promised. I paid extra for early check-in at 11am, only to be left waiting in the lobby for nearly 3 hours. I didn’t get into my room until around 3pm, with no clear communication or apology from staff. This was incredibly frustrating, especially after a long journey & given the situation. The spa was another letdown. It was completely packed with children, making it impossible to relax or enjoy the facilities. I had expected a peaceful environment, but instead it felt more like a noisy family pool.Service throughout the stay was lacking, staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, and the overall experience fell well short of the standard I was expecting for the price I paid (£340 for 1 night). The view from our room overlooked a row of houses and wasn’t very appealing.I don’t usually ask for anything, but given the inconvenience, I’d really appreciate it if management would consider offering a thursday/friday stay (hopefully less kids everywhere) to make up for the issues I experienced. I’d be happy to give the hotel another try under better circumstances.

Good stay Spa could do...

Liked: The location was really good and the common areas were nice and modern
Disliked: The spa facility was quite dirty. Lots of used towels just left in the changing rooms, not placed on the returned bin. The steam sauna area was quite dirty and didn't smell particularly clean.
