Luxury stay in every comfort

Liked: The spa facilities are absolutely amazing! The pool is incredible and we loved the aromatherapy room. The location of the hotel and breakfast were also perfect!

Nice hotel, breakfast buffet and...

Liked: Great breakfast. Lovely view. Comfortable enough. Air con ok. Nice place for dinner across the road so easy after a busy day out.
Disliked: Concierge varied. Some great some not. Bathroom needs refurbishment. Had a massive bathtub to climb in and out of to have a pretty average shower. A bit run down.

Perfect weekend in London

Liked: Lovely spacious room with an amazing view. Very clean and well decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful in all areas. The location was absolutely perfect and I would not hesitate in staying here again.
Disliked: Nothing.

A fantastic hotel in a...

Liked: Huge room with big comfortable beds and an amazing view of Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. Very friendly and helpful staff.A big indoor pool and nice spa area.
Disliked: The air conditioning was very loud.
