Pleasant hotel marred by room...

Liked: Nicely situated and surrounding area clean and felt safe. Staff helpful ,check in quick .
Disliked: Unfortunately when we switched air conditioning on it sounded like a tractor was in the room!!Didn’t have time to report this but spent quite an uncomfortable night due to room temperature Unable to have it on and also smelt as if oil was burning through the vent??Disappointing as otherwise the room was pleasant and beds comfortable

Liked: Everything about it. As per the things listed above.
Disliked: The bath layout in our specific room was a bit awkward. Because of the fixed shower screen, one had to get into the bath to reach the towels, and also it wasn't easy to get into the bath anyway because the space to get into it was limited by the location of the toilet. Also, a handrail on the wall would be helpful and safer.
