Liked: I arrived at 17:00 and the girl in reception was really amazing with here level of communication and professionalism

Good location and affordable price,...

Liked: Good location, pretty afordable price, descend breackfast with some options.
Disliked: - no parking in the hotel, need to look around to park a car. There are some municipal parking spots just in front of the hotel, but those might be occupied. - very tough matеress- not possible to turn off air conditioning in the room. If you do not like the AC, this would be a huge problem for you- wallpapers in the room were old and started to peeling off the wall- no socket to charge your phone near the bed, so need to place somewhere far

Liked: Location. View. Room size. Friendly staff. Modern. Cleanliness.
Disliked: Ventilation in the toalett was really bad. Two receptionists said that they would send a technician to check, but it did not happen. But they were nice, they offerred changing to another room, which I didnt take because I did not bother to pack and move my stuffs.

Liked: The room size was adequate, and staying on the 25th floor added an exciting touch with spectacular views. I especially enjoyed the restaurant—it truly enhanced the overall experience.
Disliked: While the room and overall facilities were pleasant, the reception staff appeared disengaged and lacked warmth. It felt as though they were counting down the minutes until their shift ended, which detracted from the welcome experience.
