Superb

Disliked: When you reach the hotel you have to enter the gate and pay for a parking which does not make any sense

Good

Liked: Really nicely set out, room really nice and spacious, staff very friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast price very expensive, pillows on bed not very comfortable.

Adequate, but poor location

Liked: The breakfast. Lots of parking spaces.The hotel itself was adequate, fine as such, but nothing more.
Disliked: The location and the feel of the place. Big, high throughput, unexciting. There's no restaurants nearby, and despite having both a bar (incl. food) and a restaurant in the hotel, it quickly gets dull.There's busses nearby, that will take you to Oxford, but we regretted not getting something closer to the centre.

Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Liked: Spacious, friendly staff and lovely food.
Disliked: My only complaint is that when my husband was coming back inside he saw a pair of ladies underwear on the floor just outside reception, presumably someone leaving the gym had dropped them. I reported it to the staff who said they would deal with it. The underwear was still on the floor over 30 minutes later. Doesn’t give a good impression of the property.

Exceptional

Liked: Shout out to Yogev and Manja, great on front desk.

Superb

Very mixed bag, not worth...

Liked: The public lounges are comfortable and the restaurants, whilst pricey, are very well presented.
Disliked: Rooms are dated. Staff are a very mixed bag. Some are super friendly and others are quite the challenge. House keeping spend most of their time arguing amongst each other in the corridors and they struggle with the concept of an 11:00am checkout - disturb twice on the morning of checkout. Pool and sauna is very dated but staff are excellent at the gym and pool.

Nothing Royal about this hotel

Liked: Not much....
Disliked: Was given room 106...at bed time we discovered the mattress and the quilt was wet... Pulled the covers off and it was wet as there was a large patch of pee on it and house keeping hadn't cleaned it, just covered it up... Reported to reception but we got told they will just change the covers, when we insisted we would not sleep on a dirty mattress they said hotel was full... Then we were told we can have another room but without air conditioning in middle of a heat wave... We didn't accept and hey presto they found us another room... I've had better service at Premier Inn and there was nothing Royal about our stay

Ok but not 4 star

Liked: Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The ac in the room was not working and we reported it and were told they would move us to a new room the following day if it was not fixed. It was not fixed and we were not moved either. Some improvements could be made to the hotel to make it more like a 4 star. No safe in room. We left a note asking for extra milk to be left and that was ignored. Also parts of the bathroom were a little dusty and stained.
