Liked: Absolutely lovely staff, spacious reception lounge, easy parking and a good bus service, straight into Oxford. Is always my first choice here.
Disliked: As a non- breakfast person, I would have liked my granddaughter to have been able to have a separate breakfast, but this wasn't possible unless I ate too ...

Disliked: We had to wait for our room to be ready until 6.30pm,even though check in was at 3pm.Very very small bathroom with a broken handle on the door.

Liked: I legitimately loved everything from the second I walked in the front door I was looked after by having my room upgraded . Every time I go to Oxford I stay at the Leonardo . There isn’t only one reason , it’s everything combined . From comfort to the food and the help … it’s a must stay , I love it all .
