Excellent value for money.
Liked: Lovely comfortable room. Nice reception area where you can get tea/coffee and snacks. Staff excellent.Oxford City No 6 bus stops right outside from city and 50m away going to city.
Disliked: Nothing. But if you have mobility problems, ask for a room close to reception

Liked: Clean, fresh, welcoming, calm, relaxing
Disliked: Room service trays left along the corridors on the floor waiting for collection. Disparity in prices from night to night. These are observations and not criticism.

Disappointing stay
Liked: We had an executive king-size room. The room was clean and spacious and decorated to a high standard.
Disliked: Our room was located on the ground floor nearest to the reception area. We had, had a 5 hour journey that day bringing my daughter back to university. We were tired and needed an early night, so we retired to bed at 10.30. However, there was a party in the nearby event room. Unfortunately, all we could hear was people and music. Some party members congregated noisely chatting at the room opposite. For some unknown childish reason, people banged on the doors as they passed.I had to ring reception a couple of times to ask if they could close the double doors in the corridor next to our room to try to mute some of the noise out.The first time, staff were apologetic, but the second time, when I advised that they had been left open again. They acted as if it was an effort for them.In the morning, when reception asked how our stay was? I advised her of our experience. The best she could offer was complimentary coffee and a free parking pass..This was not good enough, really!This was our third stay at Leonardo, and we travel back and forth to Oxford often. I don't think we will be staying again.
