Liked: Amazing staff! So lovely and accommodating

Very good

Liked: good location for our needs, comfortable beds, fresh towels, daily, a delightful restaurant, and exceedingly helpful and friendly staff.
Disliked: The tub shower has a high side to step over and there are no rubber strips in the tub or rubber mat provided so it can be difficult to maneuver in and out without slipping. also, we expressed a preference for Stillwater, but kept getting bottles of fizzy water.

Liked: I didn't realize it had a pretty lake behind it. Was walking distance from my daughter's house and convenient to the bus line. Was comfortable. Had fun playing foosball.
Disliked: My room faced the road, so next time I'll know to ask for a room facing the back, which might be a little quieter. Other than that, it was fine.

Liked: Lovely hotel really friendly excellent breakfast and very nice view if the lake from our window but water birds a bit noisy

Liked: Very good location near a park, good bus connection to city. Nice staff at reception, lazy and lippy staff in breakfast area. Breakfast itself 7/10. Room with a view, nice and quiet.
