Liked: Everything. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The gym is clean and had new equipment. The breakfast was great. The rooms are quite spacious, and any room above the 10th floor has a superb view of the city skyline.
Disliked: A bit further out of the centre. Needed a 5-minute bus ride to get to the nearest underground station.

Disliked: The shower did not drain properly. Caused a small flood on the floor. The staff did not seem to care too much. Probably a known issue.

Liked: The personal (mostly Ahmad & Faycal) was very friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the small self service convenience store on the ground floor was very practical.
