Exceptional

Liked: Very friendly staff. They accepted us right away after we reach. Room was specious and clean. Tea and coffee they provided was great also.
Disliked: There is construction going backside of hotel. sometimes it's noisy.

Great visit, excellent staff, super...

Liked: Location - very close to Royal Mile (easy access via the back). Close to Waverly station and other areas of walking distanceRoom - Initially got a bad room but they quickly shifted us to a very good room. All amenities were super in the room including Expresso machines. Breakfast - Excellent optionsDinner - Excellent and tasty food
Disliked: Only quirk is the shower where water can splatter outside due to the way the glass doors are designed (partially exposed)If you get a room at the back of the hotel, lots of construction noise
