Liked: Staff were attentive, food was excellent, hotel was very well positioned to get to both the city centre and the coast. Tram stop convenient. Grounds were well maintained and the hotel backed onto a huge area of parklands. The room was generously proportioned and there were extras - bottled water, brownies and slippers as well as the usual toiletries - provided.

The professionalism from Mace Den...

Liked: Breakfast was very nice with lots of varieties, location wise there is a tram stop that leads you the city centre, the tram stop around 1 minute walking distance from the Hotel. If you prefer to travel by car the the city centre is also near.In addition to the above credit needs to be given where it belongs, Mace Den Heijer is the guy you must ask for, he is very professional, has the knowledge of the needs of the guests in detailed and he acts accordingly, he goes above and beyond in order to meet the needs of the guests, if Mace is not on duty nor available then Jasper Van Heck is your man they are both extremely professionals they are always happy to help you with your queries and requests with plenty of flexibility. They make a good team, they are a high asset for their employer.
