Liked: Ver spacious bedroom upgrade was very reasonable, Arrived three hours early and was allowed to check into our room at no extra charge.Bathroom very clean and powerful shower. Great views…… will definitely go back if in The Hague again
Disliked: The pillows were quite hard. Maybe add both hard and soft pillows on the beds to please all sleepers

Good hotel

Liked: The location of this hotel is marvelous, on a top location in The Hague, with ample public transport to the center of the beach in Scheveningen. It’s also adjacent to a large park which invites for a stroll in the evening.One of the best features of this hotel is the gym, well equipped, and there are nice sauna facilities as well. The restaurant offers a surprising menu, and a good bar completes this section. The staff is helpful and very kind, with a few exceptions but in general sympathetic. A remark is that it sometimes appears as if certain standard activities such as checking out or handling laundry are costing quite some effort which comes across a little amateurish. Another downside is the cleaning philosophy: only once every three days, and although additional cleaning can be booked for free, I believe that for a luxury hotel it should simply be daily without further ado. Concluding however; a good hotel, location good, my favorite in The Hague.
