Exceptional

Liked: We loved every moment we had during our stay. Staff was super friendly and asked what we were doing for the day. As we were seeing Billy Ocean. The room was spacious and took our breath away. The swimming pool and sauna and gym were immaculate. Furthermore, I loved it all. I will and always be coming to this hotel as its been fabulous for years

Liked: Breakfast was excellent… A very good selection
Disliked: The only issue was that the phone didn’t work in the room, so could not contact Reception.

Liked: Helpful staff. I got this at a good price as it was out of season. Close to everything.
Disliked: The whole front of the hotel, and a strange downstairs waiting area which had some people off the streets just come in and sit in so questions security. More Veggie options needed for Dinner. Gym is really small and pool is deceptive in photos. It’s just a plunge pool in my opinion and for kids, and kids would make it even harder to swim about. Full season prices may be a little overpriced for facilities.

Perfect for a short stay

Liked: Very spacious and high quality rooms which were very clean. Friendly staff and great location. I stayed in 3 hotels in Brighton for a work trip and this was by far the best.

Disliked: fantastir food the bar is very understaffed. asking fir room service was a difficult for reasons i dont understand

The location, room and breakfast...

Liked: The location on the waterfront near the Pier was great. Lots of points of interest were close by. Close to the bus stop for buses to the train station. The buffet breakfast was excellent with some tables overlooking the beachfront.
Disliked: Nothing.
