Liked: The room were very comfortable
Disliked: The breakfast arrangements were verging on the chaotic. There is not enough seating for the number of quests

Great stay, excellent location

Liked: Perfect location close enough to castle/ old town but far enough away to avoid the unnecessary noise. Train station & bus/tram stop two minutes away from hotel.Good size room, plenty of tea and coffee as well as coffee pods. Everything was clean and tidy. Staff at the reception nice and friendly.
Disliked: Quite expensive however considering the fact that August gets really busy due to all the festivals it was expected..

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room well equipped.
Disliked: We booked and paid for a room for three and therefore didn’t expect much space. However this room was just not big enough to accommodate 2 adults and a 17 year old. Value for money not great at festival time.

Pleasant and easy.

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful with minding out bags while we explored before our room was ready. Breakfast spread had a great variety and offered veggie options in the hot breakfast!
Disliked: The bathroom wall paper was a bit of a jump scare when you first walked it but once you got used to it I suppose it had some Scottish charm.
