Very bad experience for the...

Disliked: I booked the room two days in advance and messaged them to inform them of my arrival time, but nobody replied. When we arrived, there was no one at the reception, and we had to wait for half an hour for someone to show up—with the help of other guests! Then they couldn’t find our booking, which was also very frustrating. The room facilities were outdated; the bathroom and bed were not clean, with visible smudges and hair everywhere.

Lovely stay would return

Liked: The room was a good size everything in there that I required, hairdryer, iron/board, tea, coffee facilites.. Staff were polite and helpful and tried to accommodate our needs as a group.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn't great only one choice of coffee in the machine and didn't taste good at all, no milk jugs for the milk so had to go top coffee up from the cereal milk tap a bit unhygienic if your reusing the same coffee cup, the bacon was like shoe leather and inedible,fried eggs swimming in oil and rubbery no black pudding or white pudding only nice things were the mushrooms and the white bread used wouldn't book breakfast again if I was staying

Great value hotel for a...

Liked: The hotel was great value for money. Staff were friendly, room was nice and clean and the breakfast selection was more than I thought it would be at this price point.
Disliked: No complaints at this price point.
