Expect a very below par...

Liked: A lady who worked the bar was chatty and a nice person
Disliked: The whole hotel needs some repair and a deep clean. What was particularly bad was that the 3rd floor clearly has had some water leaking in from somewhere as the whole floor as the whole floor stanl of damp. All fittings in my room were lopsided and the bathroom ws very cramped and old and the sink did not drain properly - it took 10 minutes to drain. This hotel is unlike all other Leonardo Hotels I have previously stayed at and is far too expensive for what it actually is. It actually has a hostel vibe about it For work I am in hotels around 100 nights per year in the UK ovet the past 20 years and this is one of the worst for value that I have stayed at.

Simple, but not a bad...

Liked: The room was nice and it was clean.
Disliked: We asked for a fan to be told that there should be one in the room and to call down if there wasn't - there was no fan or phone in the room. The shower was also weirdly complicated to work and the temperature didn't hold.
