Nice area.

Liked: Clean rooms and friendly staff.
Disliked: Mattress was rather hard.

Enjoyable, comfortable, very helpful staff....

Liked: Vegetarian sausages would have been a nice option but I realise it's difficult to cater, cost effectively, for all. Butter, once available, was frozen. No teaspoons. Just small things which make a difference. Staff very helpful which is the main thing!! Food good.

Dirty hotel and rude staff!

Liked: Good area in Glasgow to go into centre.
Disliked: Dirty and grimey. Lots of dust. Odd smell in room (smelt likeMould) Very uncomfortable bed. Quilt wouldn’t stay in cover no fastens to keep quilt in either. Wedding reception on in the bar area we were on the 3rd floor and could still hear it. Called downstairs to ask when it was on to as we had 6 hour drive home in the morning and they said midnight. We were never in formed there was any event on. Didn’t even get a sorry when we called down stairs man was very rude and didn’t care we couldn’t sleep.
