Liked: On arrival i went to my room and tv wouldn't work, I phoned reception and the very friendly receptionist took it and replaced it with a brand new 1, so that was excellent. The room was spacious, the bed was very very comfortable and pillows were amazing. The bar and restaurant area was very good, lovely and spacious and clean. I had a Bourbon Hamburger Meal, it was lovely, with a great ice cold pint of Stella. All the staff were amazing, very helpful, all speaking Scottish. This Hotel is good value for money and very easy access to the Hospital, which is opposite Hotel, and close to 2 train stations, easy walkable. I would definitely stay again when in the area, Nigel from Leicester

Poor hotel. Great staff

Liked: The staff were great and deserve a much better hotel to work in. Leonardos need to fix the lift, get a new coffee machine and give the place a full decoration. But keep the staff.
Disliked: We stayed because of the location, so we weren’t expecting much and that’s exactly what we got.

Liked: Great location and staff are super friendly and helpful. Restaurant food is yum!
Disliked: Too noisy. Could hear neighbours going toilet and showering

Liked: We arrived earlier than the check-in time indicated on the app, but the staff took care to check us in early. We had towels, shower gel and soap and hairdryer in the room, but other amenities I don't recall seeing.
Disliked: Very cold in the room and I didn't see any thermostat or heater to heat the room. I didn't find it extraordinarily clean, but not terribly dirty either. I think the price is not appropriate for the accommodation.
