Fine for a night or...

Liked: Bed was comfortable .Staff were very helpful when I twisted my knee. Offered ice bags and first aid bandages. Very understanding staff.

Disappointing

Liked: Location to examination centre
Disliked: We were put next to an adjoining room, the family next door were constantly screaming and slamming a door. My daughter had an exam the next day and the noise went on until late at night

For hospital appointments

Liked: Close to the hospital , comfortable and very helpful and pleased staff .
Disliked: Bathroom could be upgraded.

Overall I was comfortable and...

Liked: Comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels, hot water ,tea coffe facilities were vey welcome, nice touch with tunocks snowball and Irn Bru, also welcome post card ,however my name is not Diane (trivial point).
Disliked: Overwhelming air freshener in entrance to hotel , having difficulty breathing when speaking to person at reception. The crisp crumbs on the chair in bedroom had obviously been overlooked, however everything else was fine. I was wakened at 4 am by the guest staying in next room 217 clattering about for hours. (not your fault I know) odour in bedroom corridor but do not put air freshners in to mask this.

Disappointing

Liked: Location
Disliked: Internet connection kept dropping out and I asked for help from staff numerous times and their help did not solve the problem. I have never had this problem at other hotels. The sower was horrible!!! Water kept going from scalding hot to ice cold. And then I couldn't even figure out how to turn it off! Will never stay here again.

Liked: it was a great location for us as it was just across from the hospital where my husband was having surgery..Bed was excellent super comfy
Disliked: There was a rather bad odour around the entrance and you could still smell it on the first floor...
