Rundown in need to maintenance

Liked: Comfy bed, slept very well
Disliked: Bathroom rundown with visible rust in bath. Shower periodically turned scolding with no warning whenever anybody used another tap either in room or in adjacent rooms leading to getting repeated burned. Room handle also fell off when trying to leave leading to almost getting locked in room
