Great hotel; great location; fab staff; lovely bar area and great rooms. Couldn't ask for more for the price. Will definitely stay again.

Dont rely on being able...

Liked: Due to the parking, I did not get to experience the hotel in the end.
Disliked: Unfortunately in the end I was unable to stay at the property as I specifically booked a hotel that had patking, and I wasn't told on booking that it was first come, first served. The carpark is woefully small for the size of the hotel and looks to be shared with another hotel. There were many cars just driving around and waiting for spaces to become available. As a solo woman, I arrived late and didn't feel comfortable parking elsewhere and walking, so had no choice but to leave and lose my booking.

Liked: It is always very clean tidy & all staff are very friendly & helpful
Disliked: There was a fire drill on Monday morning that we wasn’t told it was a drill. When we left our room on the 6th floor there was no one anywhere to be seen except all in the car park so we had to figure our own way out then no explanation apart from we can go back in now.
