Leonardo Hotel Southampton

The bed was very comfortable and the room was suitable for 2 of us. We did sleep well and enjoyed the buffet breakfast where there was a large choice on offer.

Liked: The staff were attentive and helpful.
Disliked: Our room was quite cold; there was a big stain on the carpet and the sink was cracked.

Liked: Good value for money; parking was hassle free and cheap; easy walking distance to town centre. Room was clean and functional.
Disliked: Morning shower was luke warm and our sleep was disrupted.

The room was very over priced and not to clean, the breakfast was of poor standard and had to ask for cutlery, sausages and eggs , then waited even longer, no cereal. Not going to return. I complained to manager at the time got parking paid! But no apology.

Liked: Good location and close to the city center Iron and pressing board was provided in the room which was excellent for a business traveler.

Liked: I was just not happy that there was no pool , jaccuzzi n etc like spa facilities only .

Liked: Spacious room with very comfortable queen bed. Very good breakfast, always refilling everything. The employees are very efficient and very kind !

An impressive hitel

Liked: Everything was perfect except the disabled bathroom which had a very low sink for our height,it was a clean & lovely hotel which we would use agsin if travelling from Southampton
Disliked: The disabled bathroom as not applicable to our needs
