The bed was very comfortable and the room was suitable for 2 of us. We did sleep well and enjoyed the buffet breakfast where there was a large choice on offer.

Liked: The staff were attentive and helpful.
Disliked: Our room was quite cold; there was a big stain on the carpet and the sink was cracked.

Liked: Good value for money; parking was hassle free and cheap; easy walking distance to town centre. Room was clean and functional.
Disliked: Morning shower was luke warm and our sleep was disrupted.

The room was very over priced and not to clean, the breakfast was of poor standard and had to ask for cutlery, sausages and eggs , then waited even longer, no cereal. Not going to return. I complained to manager at the time got parking paid! But no apology.

Liked: Amazing atmosphere and the room was superb quality. Couldn't have wished for a more perfect hotel for our little holiday.
Disliked: A heads up about the near by roads works in an email before heading down would have been greatly appreciated just so we could have planned our route better

Liked: Two members of staff really stick out and that is the exceptional service by both Lewis and Rakshya. They are a credit to the hotel. The hotel was extremely busy and nothing was too much trouble.
Disliked: The only gripe I have is the price of the accommodation. I travel to Southampton monthly and the current prices are now unaffordable,

Liked: I like how content the staff were, dressed amazing and always there to help. The staff couldn’t help more but the place is very dated and needs TLC
Disliked: We stayed in the family suite , it needed a good paint. There was mould in my bathroom and the bathroom was not up to scratch. The tiles were broke and someone had siliconed it and it was falling off. I turned the kettle on for a cup of tea and all the electric went off in the room and had to seek assistance . We had ordered a cot prior and it was forgotten about and was not in the room. The roomWas £187 a night and I wouldn’t pay £100 for what we had .
