Leonardo Hotel Sheffield

We stayed there on a trip to see James Arthur in the Sheffield City Hall. Hopefully planning a return as soon as possible. Very happy with the place; staff very helpful and polite - there to help if it's needed.

Liked: Rooms very clean and spacious; staff very helpful; breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Nothing.

We have not stayed at a Jury's Hotel before and were very impressed. From the moment we walked in the team were friendly, welcoming and genuinely happy to help. We will definitely use Jury's again. Thank you!

I stayed at this hotel with a couple of mates during a visit to watch the World Championship Snooker at The Crucible. I was really pleased with the choice. I even beat both my mates at pool and claimed the single bed in the triple room to myself.

Liked: Great location, clean, reasonsble price.
Disliked: Nothing negative to note.

Good 1-night stay.

Liked: Initially, I only plan to leave my stuff in the reception as I arrived before the check-in time but the reception was so kind enough to check if my room is already available and lucky it was. So I was able to check-in early without additional fee.
Disliked: The young guy at the bar. Served my Thai Green curry without a spoon. When I asked where I can get a spoon, he told me he'll get it for me. 5 mins past and still nothing. So I had to ask again with a different guy. When that young guy came back I overheard he went for a break. Well, it's those days.

Adequate but nothing special

Liked: Good location for an overnight after our sons graduation. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Convenient public car park nearby.
Disliked: Very hot room and hallways, especially reception - the aircon didn't seem to be coping. Inexperienced staff on reception.

Liked: Location. Room size. Shower and a bath all very functional.
Disliked: Sheets were stained on one side of the bed. Bathroom clean but needs tidying up a bit. Quite dated.
