We stayed there on a trip to see James Arthur in the Sheffield City Hall. Hopefully planning a return as soon as possible. Very happy with the place; staff very helpful and polite - there to help if it's needed.

We have not stayed at a Jury's Hotel before and were very impressed. From the moment we walked in the team were friendly, welcoming and genuinely happy to help. We will definitely use Jury's again. Thank you!

I stayed at this hotel with a couple of mates during a visit to watch the World Championship Snooker at The Crucible. I was really pleased with the choice. I even beat both my mates at pool and claimed the single bed in the triple room to myself.

Disliked: I paid then was called back to reception as apparently my payment had not gone through, receptionist had charged me for the previous persons room, no fault of my own, no apology. Additional amount charged to my card.

Disliked: Room was tiny. Far too much furniture. The little round table and comfy chair need to be removed. The bathroom is tiny. If you are larger than average you cant use the toilet easily without squeezing your body through an tiny gap. The light from the a/c controller kept us up all night. It was smaller than most travellodge and premier in rooms.
