We stayed there on a trip to see James Arthur in the Sheffield City Hall. Hopefully planning a return as soon as possible. Very happy with the place; staff very helpful and polite - there to help if it's needed.

Liked: Rooms very clean and spacious; staff very helpful; breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Nothing.

We have not stayed at a Jury's Hotel before and were very impressed. From the moment we walked in the team were friendly, welcoming and genuinely happy to help. We will definitely use Jury's again. Thank you!

Liked: The service, rooms and staff were all perfect - as was the breakfast!
Disliked: Nothing at all.

I stayed at this hotel with a couple of mates during a visit to watch the World Championship Snooker at The Crucible. I was really pleased with the choice. I even beat both my mates at pool and claimed the single bed in the triple room to myself.

Liked: Great location, clean, reasonsble price.
Disliked: Nothing negative to note.

Just above average. Wouldn't stay...

Liked: The location was good . I liked the little "tuck" shop at reception . The hotel was clean and the bed was comfy.
Disliked: Wouldn't stay again because of the parking arrangement. From car to reception it was 300 yards in the rain. Went out at night in car cost £8 and then another £8 next morning. Staff were not overly friendly

Smelly

Disliked: The room smells of damp and had suspicious brown stains on the floor which had been tried to cover with furniture

all in all good value...

Liked: excellent town centre location. clean. has a bar for food and drinks including Costa machine. staff were attentive rooms fairly spacious
Disliked: parking was a horrible multi story across the dual carriageway, and most spaces for the first 4 floors are reserved for different purposes . it was a dodgy back street exit from and to the carpark which felt unsafe; was about £8 for the full stay tho so pretty cheap for Sheffield parking..

poor breakfast, clean room

Liked: room was clean andy plenty of tea and coffee and biscuit and water
Disliked: breakfast was poor. no yogurts, pastries, croissants. Just a dried up fried egg, sausage amd bacon and brown or white bread. quite disappointing to what I usually see at this group of hotels. I went at 9.30 amd they weren?t due to finish service until 10

Liked: Perfect location for the purpose of our stay. We attended a gig at the O2 Academy which was located down the road. The hotel is centrally located, close to all the city centre shops, bare and restaurants. The bed was really comfortable. We didn?t have breakfast at the hotel.
