We stayed there on a trip to see James Arthur in the Sheffield City Hall. Hopefully planning a return as soon as possible. Very happy with the place; staff very helpful and polite - there to help if it's needed.

We have not stayed at a Jury's Hotel before and were very impressed. From the moment we walked in the team were friendly, welcoming and genuinely happy to help. We will definitely use Jury's again. Thank you!

I stayed at this hotel with a couple of mates during a visit to watch the World Championship Snooker at The Crucible. I was really pleased with the choice. I even beat both my mates at pool and claimed the single bed in the triple room to myself.

Liked: Clean but overpriced and fairly basic hotel. Shower had almost no water pressure and was cold when I tried to shower mid afternoon which I don’t expect. Lighting in the bathroom was almost non existent which made shaving etc very difficult. On the positive side it was clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly.

Disliked: There was an overpowering smell of chlorine bleach from the bathroom when we arrived in the room. Opening the window helped but it was like bleach had been used to mask a bad smell. We did ask that they look at it but there was no evidence that they did.
