Really excellent; clean hotel rooms; nice helpful reception staff. Really good choice of breakfast.

Liked: Excellent clean rooms; comfortable beds and pillows. Really helpful reception staff, particularly Harrison, who took time trying to get a local taxi as the actual hotel taxis failed to arrive. Really excellent breakfast with good quality and plenty of choice.
Disliked: Hotel taxi that failed to arrive.

Liked: Location great. Staff very Nice and friendly. Bed very comfortable and room spotless.10/10 for the above.
Disliked: The breakfast. I was there 5 days. Only had croissants and muffins once. Were told waiting om deliveries.on menu four types of milk Only saw one.mushrooms on menu but never saw any.On my last day they had ran out of jam, marmalade and Nutella.

Comfortable good nights sleep

Liked: The hotel was clean and in a good location with everything within walking distance. We were given vouchers on arrival to use in the hotel including 20% of food and a complimentary drinks from the bar. Shops and restaurants are a 2 minute walk away. The beds were very comfortable and we all had a brilliant sleep.
Disliked: The hotel is a bit of a labyrinth and the lifts have a mind of their own. But this didn’t take away from the stay.
