Really excellent; clean hotel rooms; nice helpful reception staff. Really good choice of breakfast.

Liked: Excellent clean rooms; comfortable beds and pillows. Really helpful reception staff, particularly Harrison, who took time trying to get a local taxi as the actual hotel taxis failed to arrive. Really excellent breakfast with good quality and plenty of choice.
Disliked: Hotel taxi that failed to arrive.

What an utterly beautiful experience...

Liked: All of the staff! Reception, the wait staff, cleaners. Every and all members of staff I came across were friendly, polite and seemed happy to help with a big smile on their face. The room was great, the bed was huge with a loads of pillows for a really good night sleep. The breakfast was lovely with properly cooked bacon!
Disliked: N/A

Liked: Staff that I spoke to all very friendly and helpful particularly the lady on the desk who checked me in and gave us directions to the barbican

Liked: As soon as we arrived, my partner and I both commented on the fresh clean smell & look of the hotel. And the whole way through our stay to checkout has been exceptional. Breakfast was impressive, we could not fault anything. Thank you Leanardo Hotel Plymouth! We'll see you again!
