I would probably not stay...

Liked: Delicious breakfast with a wide variety of choices. Excellent location near the river, silent, cozy clean rooms, nice ambience. Very cordial and helpful staff in the reception on all days during my stay.
Disliked: Date: 10.07.2025. Things for improvement:Request for a wine glass denied, gave an old small one after multiple requests. Waited for approximately 15 minutes in the bar counter for just warm drinking water while the barman spend time conversing with another single customer, ignoring me. There is no other option to get warm water in this hotel. Barman need behavioral training. The female staff in the kitchen seem to have trouble answering to people of colour at the breakfast counter, so they had to call the male staff to reachout to me to repeat my question. A personal towel was taken by room service. A wine glass kept in room taken away by room service. First day of entry, toilet brush kept inside toilet seat, shower manhole in dismantled position, probably because tiles in shower not laid properly, water stays logged on the floor for whole day, noisy airconditioners and a big spider web outside the window. Conjusted toilet & shower for a premium booked room.
